Hi, My friend wants to send me some money but can’t seem to go thru bank, so we were thinking of Paypal, but I cant seem to use Paypal to buy stuff in Amazon so maybe it isn’t a good idea. And if he were to buy an Amazon gift card from Singapore, will I be able to redeem the code and use it in Japan? Thanks
