Im graduating this year and i’ve got some questions.
1. Why is the japanese system for 就職活動 seemingly 1 year in advance its seems preemptive and stressful to do while i’m still attending classes.
2. If i don’t get a job at a place, during this current season is it harder to get a job in the couple months before graduating?
2.5 Also how would one go about doing this, right now im applying to one place through my college and the rest through MyNavi. What websites do people use for fulltime work searching.
3. I got asked directly in an interview what other places im interested/applying for. I felt that there was no good answer to this question even hours after the fact.
