I’m one of the unlucky ones who keeps getting one year visas (4 times in a row!), but since early last year my post office bank account wants me to update the details on my residence card every six months, even though the card hasn’t changed and won’t expire for another six. It’s really annoying as I can’t now pay rent till it’s sorted. The same thing happened last year. Anyone else have this and know why?
(As an aside I’d also like to point out the staff in almost all the post office banks are awful, dude was nearly shouting at me today).
