Update: Solved.
I’m heading up to Ishikawa for Golden Week soon, and since the trains will be absolutely rammed with people, I want to get my ticket ahead of time. Thing is, I’m not sure how to.
I use SMART-EX all the time for Tokaido Shinkansen trips, but either there’s no comparable service for Limited Express ticket bookings, or I’m just not aware of it. The only other option I can think of is going to Osaka Station and using either the green ticket machines or a sales clerk and buy them there, but I’d rather not have to go all the way to Umeda just for that.
Any ideas?
