Hello!
I am trying to make a move to Japan from the United States and I am at a bit of a hold-up right now that I’m hoping someone can help me understand. I’m pursuing two different routes – one of which is Japanese Language school, the other of which is a full-time working position. What I’m wondering if applying to language school creates a risk of obtaining a visa if I to be offered a full-time position.
For instance, if I apply to language school today and I were offered a full-time job tomorrow, would this in any way jeopardize my ability to do either? I guess I am worried that my VISA could be denied on some technicality if I were to accept a full-time role and apply for a working VISA after I’ve already applied for a student VISA. I can’t find any resources on this online so I’m hoping someone here may have experience with this or know an answer.
Thank you very much in advance!
