I live in Iwate and have rented for about 8 years. I am thinking of buying a small house and have already been approved for a home loan. It’s not an amazing house but the price is beyond cheap. I feel a lot of anxiety but know it’s a good deal. It’s a 4 bedroom 1 bath, one story, 95.58sq meters on 276.74sq meters of property. The price is 1550万円. Just curious what fellow foreigners in Japan think about this. My current salary is more than enough for the monthly payments. Thanks for your help. THe house is brand new. Built in 2023.
