I mean however you want to count days isn’t super relevant.
Your Kyoto full days seem a bit packed, mostly because those things are all super popular and crammed with tourists into small spaces, otherwise it seems like an okay itinerary.
I’d skip Arashiyama if you are only going to the bamboo forest. There is a small one at Kodai-ji close to Kiyomizudera, perhaps that is an option with less tourists and travel?
Probably likes anime, etc.
There are plenty of gashapon in Akihabara, so I don’t see the need to see them in Ikebukuro.
