What is a good annual salary (JPY) for someone with about 12 years of (total) experience for a “Design Director” position at a technology company in Tokyo, Japan?

I’m contemplating a job offer, so I would love to hear what the median or average salaries look like. The recruiter suggested it could be anything between 11–15 M JPY/year.
