We had a mamachari, which was sitting locked in a small alley close to home. It had no battery. There are other bikes nearby.
It’s the second time we parked there. We noted no complaints… but we left in at 9pm and this morning at 7am it’s gone.
I’ve read here that they leave a sticker or paper if it’s impounded (which seems really fast, but maybe if someone complained?) but I don’t see any.
So do you think it’s been stolen?? I’d be surprised without battery, and it’s been parked elsewhere in the neighbourhood for weeks…
If it is impounded, how do i find the lot? Google
Isn’t much help via English. We’re in Shimomeguro…
