I ordered a Google pixel 7a phone from Amazon.The listing said it was the global model.However I received the Japanese model.I want to return the phone but I’m worried I might not get a full refund since I opened the phone and destroyed some of the plastic packaging.The refund policy says they refund 50% if the item was opened and used.Does removing the plastic wrapping count as opening?
The order was sold by a third party but fulfilled by Amazon.
