I’m considering going to them to get my license this summer, but their email so far has been vague on payment.
I know that if I pay by card, they want it all upfront, but if I pay cash, do they allow separated payments? Right now ¥420,000 would be quite difficult, but if they allow a payment plan, that’d be cool.
If anyone has any other experiences I should know about with them, that’d also be great.
