Biologic injectable medication

I have pretty severe plaque psoriasis and it’s started to recur since I arrived. In the USA, I used Taltz (a prefilled automatic syringe), and I was in total remission.

When my symptoms started to flare, I went to a dermatologist here who prescribed topicals, but they are not a long-term fix. She told me that the only thing she could do would be to write a referral to a hospital.

Here’s my question: there’s a hospital within walking distance of where I live. Can I simply walk in and say “皮膚科に行きたいです” (“I would like to see a dermatologist”)?
