1. Yet they still vote for the same misogynistic ruling party. No way this is going to happen.

2. This won’t happen at all, which sucks. A reigning empress would be good.

   The most likely thing they’ll do is either bring back the extended linage from before 1949, go back even further and have the original multiple houses, or adopt a male heir.

3. Really don’t see what the issue is, just let the princess have it.

4. While I agree that systems of monarchy shouldn’t give preference to male heirs, I have to laugh when people are so concerned about “fairness” and “equality” in such systems. They’re decided by birthright, there’s fundamentally nothing “fair” about them.
