Hey peeps,
So I’ve been offered a position at Kids Duo. I think it’s part of the Yaruki Group now, whether or not that’ll make working at Kids Duo bearable now, I do not know. I realize this is more of a babysitting role, with swarms of children giving it their very best to drive you insane, however I’m considering it as a way into Japan and subsequently find another, less taxing job once settled in there. What I’m unsure of and unfamiliar with are employment contracts in Japan for these types of jobs. Are they legally binding for a X amount of time? Am I free to resign whenever I please? I’m assuming once I do resign, I’d be visa-less? Thanks, any help’s appreciated.
