I will be going to Japan in October, here is a quick summary of my itinerary so far (in order)
5 nights in Toyo (includes a day trip to Lake Kawaguchi-ko), 2 nights in Takayama, 2 nights in Kanazawa, 3 nights in Kyoto and 3 nights in Osaka. I have 1 extra day to add to my itinerary, should I add it to Kyoto or Osaka? Also, I can’t choose between a day trip to Nara or Himeji, any suggestions?
