How viable is for me getting a job in Japan as a software developer in my current situation?

I’ve got a degree in a so so-university of a third world country, but it’s not computer science, it’s called information systems, but hey it’s a bachelor. I’m also planing make a master’s degree in Japan, if it would help me.

I have 1 year of in-market experience in web developer my stack (ruby on rails) died in my country but willing to get more experience through
freelancing, it also counts?

I’m finishing a bootcamp and have it’s (and some made by me) projects in my github, as well I’m planing to make a big project to consolidate my learning and showing my language skills, (my Japanese is roughly N3 and I’m willing to improve it as well my English Skills)

I’m also thinking in get the N3, apply for the scholarship of the master degree’s and rushing my way to N2 and maybe N1 in my country or in Japan.

I’ll be 31 this year, single without kids.

While I care about healthy work environments, I’m sure that both international and Japanese companies have both good and bad.

I want a OK salary, I don’t expect to have a fancy life starting, but I’m expecting to have a better life than I have in my country, which is not that much of asking. haha.

Downsides: I have a sorta of lack of some social skills that are my bane in my country (I’m a Latino but i’m a introvert), but I think that myself being (as of people say) respectable, polite and focused it could help me too.

I have some family issues to settle, mother’s health is the bigger, she elderly and a bit sick while independent , plus I’m the only kid nearby, but I also have a elder sister in another city that could help with her.

What would be the better? I’m planning to finish the bootcamp and the big project by the end of the year, pass N3, maybe TOEIC if they ask it too, and address my mother issue to my sister.
