Bringing prescription medications from an American traveler

Hello! I am planning on traveling to Japan for 3 weeks for the first time ever in June (tickets booked already) and am worried about how to approach the medication requirement when it comes to customs.

I want to bring the following medications with me: Levothyroxine, Pregabalin, Escitalopram/Lexapro, Cibinqo, and Valacyclovir.

Almost all of my prescriptions come in a 3-month supply bottle. Can I just pack the 3 weeks worth of medication in their respective bottles and pour out the rest to keep at home? Or will there be difficulties because the prescription label says its for 90-days? Are there any forms that I have to fill out?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
