Hi! I just moved to Matsudo and I am looking for recommendations for someone who can do acrylic nails, eyelash tint/lift and eyebrow wax/tint. Obviously it doesn’t all have to be the same person, but cool if it is. Preferably near-ish to Matsudo or at least not too bad by train. Doesn’t have to speak English. My Japanese isn’t amazing yet but I can make it work.
I would really appreciate any recommendations! 🙂
