Hello everyone! I’m approaching the end of my first year living here in Japan. I’m up in the Tohoku region. So, I think the rainy season will start soon. This is my first ever rainy season, so I’m kind of nervous. I’m susceptible to seasonal depression, but the winter here was pretty mild. Can the rainy season get depressing too? Let me know about your experiences with it. I’m kind of nervous! Thank you!
