Hello everyone!
I am moving from Shikoku to Osaka later this month and I’m so confused by how Internet providers work here.
I have visited Docomo who gave me a leaflet that has 20+ companies organised into different types. But I can also apply directly to these companies, so why would I go through Docomo?
Also, I have no idea what Hikari and Flets mean.
What I do know is that the apartment building I’m moving to has “NTT Hikari Apartment Type 1G installed” and that the landlord is happy for any new connections to be installed.
Can any kind soul help me to understand and make an informed choice?
