I’ve been recently/out of nowhere, experiencing occasional pulsatile tinnitus in one ear (hearing blood flow corresponding to heart beat) and want to rule out any serious underlying issue. Was wondering if anyone had any experience with dealing with this in Japan (I live in Tokyo).
I booked an appointment with an ENT, but given prior experience, I’m worried that they won’t really try investigate any underlying cause and only try to treat the symptom
English speaking preferred, but Japanese is also okay. Have national healthcare, also willing to pay out of pocket.
