Hello! I’ve noticed that the hair salons around my area is really expensive (4k yen and above for a haircut) and would like to know if there are any affordable options around Umeda area? (I stay at Ibaraki)
Preferably english or chinese speaking ones, or at least a foreigner friendly one would be good
