Can I use this yellow fin tuna?


I bought this yellow fin tuna from a big sea food chain. I asked the people that worked there and they said they think it’s possible to use it raw for sushi. I’m pretty sure that they freeze it at a low temperature. But the meat is kinda brownish and smells slightly fishy. But they always look like that from the store. I used their salmon many times before and never had any problems. I mean I’ve heard that it’s normal for tuna to turn brown. (On the picture it looks more pinkish than it does in reality.)
