I was hoping to book Shinkansen tickets from Tokyo to Kyoto for a family vacation later this year (8 of us total), but the smartEX app only allows a maximum of 6 passengers on a single reservation. Will I need to book 2 separate reservations for the same date/time? Or should I just buy tickets at the counter when we arrive in Japan?
