So I’ve been going to Kaminoyama Costco since it opened years ago. Over the past several years, especially since covid, I’ve found the Kaminoyama Costco is basically turning into a shittier Aeon Big. A lot of the foreign foods are missing, most of the stuff they sell is Japanese/Korean. While I don’t mind these foods, that’s not particularly why I go there. Specifically, I’d like to buy the hotdogs that the cafeteria sells and they haven’t sold them separately in years.
Is the Sendai Costco more like what I see on the variety TV shows when they go to Costco in the Tokyo area? With lots of foreign products, or at least selling the hotdogs? (It’s getting to summer and I like to BBQ them) I’d also love to get some massive cheap bottles of white vinegar from them too like I used to buy in Kaminoyama.
