I cant quite understand the 年金証明書 and the 保険料証明書 number 8 on the page.
My company always pays my 年金 and I get a postcard every year. But I can’t understand what should I submit.
I wanted to ask as well if it’s better to get someone in the middle to do all the paperwork.
