Where is a good English clinic near kashiwa for sore throat

Hello, I am new to living in Japan and the clinic thing is giving me a headache… I need to see a clinic for medicine asap, but I don’t know where to go and if I can just walk in or if I need to make a appointment… any help would be appreciated as I badly need to be seen today.
