Hi gurus,
I have been living for a while in an old apartment in central Tokyo, and out of nowhere now the water gas heater (Noritz) has been flashing an error code 760 and stopped heating or showing temperature etc. I tried restarting, plug out and in, it works for a short time and then reshow the same error..
I googled abt that but it seems to be too specific to get any useful info.
I’m sorry that I had to ask but honestly this is the first time anything broke at home and I’m not sure what to do, my questions are:
– have anyone experienced similar problem? is it fixable?
– does anyone know which support should I call in that case? is it the maker (Noritz), or the gas+elec company (TEPCO in my case)?
– should the fudosan be involved in this or it’s my problem now?
