Imo, deguchi means an exit. The kanji for de can mean lots of things depending on it’s conjugate. My most frequent use is dekimasu, meaning possible. But the verb deru can just mean to exit or leave.
One means an exit to a building and one is a very vague noun meaning an outflow or efflux or the act of leaving if used on its own tho that’s rare and is probably part of a larger word like 出る or 出来る
