Influenza in Japan – What were you prescribed ?

I visited a local clinic, tested negative fir COVID and was told I had influenza and prescribed 2 of these :

イナビル吸入粉末剤20mg

Which is a single use inhaler. And , from what I can tell, has no impact.

If you’ve had influenza recently what were you prescribed, and did it work ?
