I just want to tell you guys before hand that I am a naive 18 year old who doesn’t have much knowledge in finance, so please pardon my stupidity. And again I am unsure if this is the right subreddit to post such a question but this was the closest thing and I also wanted a perspective from a person with financial literacy.
I am still deciding whether or not I’ll be attending university in Japan this year. Although there are multiple factors in making this decision one of the factors is the value of the yen. I am from India. Currently the value of INR is valued more than the JPY but I know that it might not be the same way in the coming years. I understand that it is very difficult to predict such changes, but will this affect me in a negative way or a positive way at uni (if i were to enroll). And will it affect the job market in the future in Japan?
