Golden Week Tokyo Immigration (SAITAMA BRANCH)

Hi!
Does anyone know if Tokyo Immigration in Saitama will be open during Golden Week?
I found the schedule on their Twitter account, but it’s for “東京出入国在留管理局”?

Is 東京出入国在留管理局 and 東京出入国在留管理局 さいたま出張所 basically the same? Looks like there’s no Twitter account for Saitama branch.
