I’m renewing my two year lease on my apartment and I got a letter saying I also need to renew my kasaihoken. It is part of the contract agreement so I need it.
The problem is I can’t remember if I renewed it two years ago and maybe I went two years without it 🙁
Do the insurance company normally send renewal documents when your two year is up? I wonder if I just fill them out every two years and pay it like a bill?
Could I be in trouble for not having it? Is it easy to set up again if needed? Apparently I need to make sure I have it before I pay for my new two year lease and the deadline is the 22nd to make the payment!
