I have read here where folks have waited over an hour at times to purchase their train tickets. Do you recommend buying a ticket for Narita Express once you arrive? Wait in line and hope they also have a Suica or Passmo for sale too? If I understand the JR East site, you can buy a reserved seat ticket ahead of time. But if you miss the train, you are out of luck.
