Can anyone help. I bought an eSIM for my iPhone and activated it in the U.K. however there was an issue with my old eSIM. I accidentally deleted the mobal one and when I tried to reactivate it won’t work. Contacted MOBAL who have told me I need to buy a new one. Surely this can’t be the case. When I log on the account still shows 31 days remaining and no data used.
