Hello people that work in japan!
I was wondering how Japanese companies will check my references/ask for proof?
Do they ask for a formal letter from each one of my past employers or just contact info like they do in the west?
How will they ask me to prove my freelance experience?
What about for the visa process? I have a cs degree which seems to be more important?
I am in the software engineering field but I would appreciate any help with this since I want to have everything ready to apply to jobs in Japan.
