I’m wondering if it’s somehow possible to learn Japanese despite having a bad photographic memory.
I can’t for the life of me remember what the characters look like without seeing them in front of me. (Mostly Hiragana since that’s the ones used for Japanese words.)
They’re just gone the second after I’ve read them. I have to read one character at a time and try to remember which one it is.
Kanji feels impossible because they all look the same to me.
