My apologies, wasn’t sure which flair this belongs to.
Our architect, who was affiliated with the RE company that sold our old house and is involved with the construction company that built the new one, has suddenly quit and moved to another company. Our completion inspection is at the end of this month. Panic mode much?
To make matters more complicated, the architect is related to the construction manager (either say sister-in-law or cousin, not exactly sure, but some sort of family relation).
Should we be worried that the architect my not/will probably not attend the final walk-through?
