I have a somewhat specific question. I will soon be starting my new job as a travel agent exclusively for Japan and will also be guiding tours (while not being based in Japan).
I was wondering if any of you know and resources I could look at to prepare myself for emails, calls etc. (like for hotel bookings, restaurant reservations, asking for help if someone is feeling sick, etc.).
I passed the jlpt N2 back in 2019 but I haven’t used Japanese since, so my speaking is really rusty.
