Basically, I have got a residence permit and it is valid for 1 year, however I will be returning to the UK in August and not coming back anytime soon. By the time I depart I will have been in the country for just under 5 months. Am I able to do tax-free shopping before I leave to take back home with me or am I not allowed as I have a zairyu?
