Hi, so I’m trying to apply for a sim with voice+sms+data through Linksmate. Everything was fine and dandy until it was time to verify my documents. No matter how many attempts I tried to submit (primarily Zairyuu Card because My Number Card doesn’t have my current address) , Linksmate denies it because apparently there’s a duplication in my address details. Should I go to my local Town Hall and have it corrected as well as update My Number Card? I need this SIM for my job and Linksmate is one of the cheaper MVNO’s plus added bonuses for Gacha that I play.
