Hello! I am planning to take the shinkansen but it is close to sold out when I am looking. Am I allowed to book a seat in the S-Work car without intention of working? In the US you can book whatever but because there are so many seats still available, I’m wondering if I would be being impolite or breaking a rule of some sort if I booked an S-Work seat.
