bought a component for my bike twice, without knowing it. Returned the unopened package and during the return process amazon said that I would get full refund if items are ok. Now I got deducted like 60% for restocking fee and shipping.
Cannot find any information about restocking fee. Is there any way to get in touch with Amazon about it?
EDIT: Solved it! Thanks for the hints. Once I managed to find the chatbot and got through to an agent they refunded me the restocking fee.
