Bought a car at an auction, that seemingly had experided JCI (shaken). Got delivered the certificate, that suggests it’s valid until next year. No jibaiseki tho.
Does this mean I can get plates at the vehicle registration office, without bringing the car? Or do I need to get a temp plate first from the city hall?
