Clinic Recommendations for Hemorrhoidal issues

I’m currently residing near shinjuku and I’ve been experiencing excruciating hemorrhoidal pain or something similar to that. Can someone recommend me a clinic for foreigners, as I’m still learning Japanese and communicating in Japanese is still difficult for me. Also, I’m a Japanese language student and I have my health insurance so can I use my insurance in the to-be recommended clinics?
