Allergic reaction due to the clinics error

I have been visiting a dermatologist for scalp folliculitis treatment since a couple of months. I mentioned to them about my allergy to a certain family of antibiotic medicine. Today after the consultation they prescribed a lotion which happened to contain that exact type of antibiotic in concentrated form. I did not know it until it was too late. Upon applying it to the affected area I started choking and my neck ears eyes and cheeks all swelled up with a big itchy rash. And the scalp area is swollen and mildly bleeding. Given it is the error of the clinic prescribing me with the exact type of harmful(to me) medicine, I don’t know how to proceed. I feel it’s a big screw up on their part.

Any useful advice is welcome.

Update:
The doctor saw me, did not apologize, but his explanation was that the orally ingested medicine and the lotion containing same ingredients have different effects on patients. But he concluded I should stay away from that family of antibiotic all together(duh) and did not charge for the consultation(surprise surprise). New prescription and no refund for the 3 bottles of the lotion from previous consultation.
