Suddenly cannot use internet, TV and landline phone

Everything was OK until noon, then suddenly internet went down. Checked router (? 光回線ルーター?ONU?) and it has all lights flickering. Also landline phone display is always on and shows messages about device’s features instead of personally set up information. Tried to use landline and cannot neither call nor receive calls. When I phone to my landline number, automatic voice says 現在おかけになった地域ではネットワーク設備が故障している、または相手の通信機器の電源が入っていないか故障している可能性がある
I’ve checked NTT Higashi Nihon web site and there are no network failures in my area. Telephone is on (of course I’ve tried to plug out and plug in both telephone and OUN).

Next, router (ONU?) is also weird. All lamps are flickering. I’ve tried to google but to no avail. Tried to use 113窓口 (chat with robot stuff) and there were no such options as all lamps flickering. We are using docomo hikari btw.

Husband came home from work, turned on TV and it is also not working (we do not use cable TV etc., just basic channels). Idk about TV stuff, but it seems it has connection with telephone and internet?
Anyway, online chat support didn’t help, I guess I have to phone and ask someone to come and check our stuff.

Unfortunately NTT customer support time is 9-17 and docomo is 9-20 so I cannot do anything until tomorrow morning.

This is so frustrating! I cannot work!
Maybe there is anything I can do? What can be the reason? Router? Telephone? Cables? Should I contact NTT or docomo first? Or someone else?

Docomo has nothing to do with our TV, so I guess I should contact NTT?

It’s weird for me that everything is down – TV, landline, internet. Everything is paid on time, there are no known failures in my area, everything worked just fine in the morning. I live in detached house, if it helps.
Did anyone had the same experience?
