Question regarding bachelors degree required to apply for work visa

Hello,

In the next years I am planning to move to japan as a student through language school. During this time, I will apply for jobs and work there if I can find one. Currently I am a software engineer with three years of experience and I hold a computer engineering degree.

While studying for my bachelors degree, I have completed my first two years at university X, and completed remaining two years at university Y, which is a better university, but extended it for one more year. So in total five years, two of which in X and three of which in Y, for a degree which takes four years.

My question is would this cause any problem while applying for work visa? Not on my degree but on my transcript, there is the start and end dates, and the time between these two is nearly three years, but all the classes of university Y is listed there, which I completed or exempt from bcs I completed at university X

Thanks
