We are moving to Osaka in a couple of months to be closer to family. We have two small kids under 3 years. Looking for suggestions on nice neighbourhoods with good access to schools, supermarkets, hospitals etc. Other considerations:
1. My job is full remote, no frequent office trips
2. Relatives live in Ashiya and Hirakata, short commutes to both places will be preferable
3. Budget is 200,000, could stretch to 250,000 if absolutely necessary. If possible would like a bigger size apartment/house (90 sqm +).
Any suggestions?
