We recently ate at a Tonkatsu restaurant called Tontei near Teradacho station. The food was served with two sauces, one was a more basic Tonkatsu sauce, the other was greenish and slightly acidic. Perhaps it’s a restaurant secret recipe but I’m curious if anyone else has eaten here and can help me ID what it is.

can’t say for certain but it looks similar to a sauce i had once but for steak, is it grated radish?
